Data analysis tools in Ecology

The course held be held in Coimbra, Portugal, at 16 to 27 February 2009

Aiming to provide updated statistical tools for data analysis in Ecology and Ecotoxicology, the course is composed by two independent modules targeted not only for scientists and research students (Ph.D and M.Sc), but also for persons involved in data management.

Module 1: The use of Generalized Linear Models (GLM) and Generalized Additive Models (GAM) in Ecology (16-20 February 2009)
Module 2: Multivariate statistical tools in Ecology and Ecotoxicology (23-27 February 2009)
